3 Year experience for onsite working, and had 5 year freelance (local job) as PC Troubleshooter. And my achievement are :

1. Create Automation for Lyto, RF Online Maintenance, cut most activities from 8 hours to 15 minutes.
2. Create Automation (semi-query) for Lyto, SEAL Online, adjust sending prize for online game -50% cut off maintenance time.
3. Adjust progress Maintenance for Lyto, IDOL STREET 2, fixes the most problem on processing update, simplify the action, cut off 20% maintenance time.
4. Help for Maintenance, Lyto GameWeb, NINJAKITA.
5. Implement Easy and Understand-able note and tutorials for Online Game maintenance, Lyto.
6. Increase Support action and activity of IT Support, by increase the SLA, Integrity Indonesia, cut off 70% time to fix most of IT related problems.
7. Active on Helpdesk Application (Freshdesk), Integrity Indonesia, Collect and make analysis from existing and past problems, report to Managing Director.
8. Semi PayRoll Application, Integrity Indonesia, 70% progress then stopped because there miss communication between Me and Managing Director, since he never give me the exact documentation and he realize at the time when I leaving the position to another company. :P (Using Native PHP & MySQL)
9. Create Email Blast, Integrity Indonesia, Prepare the Environment and Clean the List.
10. Support for Avaya IPPBX, Integrity Indonesia, supporting the telephony to run well.
11. Implement WebSocket Application (SPA), Global Health Byte, Using PHP Stream + Node, Pusher, SNS Notification.
12. Websocket Application, Global Health Byte, now the application that I made within a month is going on test on production level.
13. Freelance jobs, Projects.co.id, Write the synopsis about trending movie on 2017.
14. Freelance jobs, Sribulancer, Surveying area for promotion from INDOSAT Sister Company - Iruna Logistic, finish the job within 6 hours by travelling 120 KM in a day using motorcycle Yamaha NMAX.
