My name is Rakib, and I currently work as a Customer Service Officer at Genex Infosys Limited, where I assist customers on behalf of Grameenphone, one of the leading telecom operators in Bangladesh. I’ve developed strong communication and problem-solving skills through this role, especially in handling a high volume of customer inquiries and ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. I come from a science background, having completed my SSC from Bakolia Government High School and HSC from Probortok School and College in 2022. Alongside my job, I’m also passionate about digital marketing, voice-over work, and graphic design, which I pursue as freelance skills. I enjoy learning and taking on new challenges, and I’m always looking for opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
