Bank Alfalah Limited is the 5th Largest Bank and 4th largest player in Bancassurance industry with 600+
branches in Pakistan and international presence in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bahrain and UAE. My
responsibilities as Manager Business Planning and Controls Includes:
Data Analysis for decision making based on various parameters including business growth,
competitive scan, regulatory environment, product inclusions etc.
Preparation and reporting of PnL statements for the business on monthly basis
End to end reconciliation of GL Accounts, partners’ bank accounts and monthly commission

Development and disbursal of staff commissions, branch commissions and shadow reporting of
