At Mercy Corps, I manage the data backbone of a $40M national TB program spread across 120 districts. My team and I transitioned the program’s records from scattered Excel sheets to a centralized MIS powered by SQL and Power BI, improving validation accuracy to 99%. This gave donors and health teams the ability to make real-time, evidence-based decisions a transformation that showed me how the right systems can directly improve lives.

Beyond health, I have contributed to sustainability projects with Global Youth Climate Challenges (South Korea) and Power Up Pvt Ltd, where I researched climate resilience, green growth, and waste management solutions. My earlier work at PIDE and SDPI trained me in rigorous policy research and stakeholder engagement.
