Outsource for Intel Corporation and responsible for accounting and finance activity for Intel.
•
Responsible for overall accounting process for other countries like EMEA, APAC, LAR and US like
monthly journal entries, reconciliation verifying open item, high level validation (HLV), updating
accounting records in the financial system (SAP and Blackline) and monthly reporting for management.
•
Accurately identify and analyze the Reconciliation to solve the pending open item issue with respective
Business Partner.
•
Validating monthly Journal Entry over more than 100 accounts related to EMEA, APAC and US region.
•
Perform Journal entry for more than 100 accounts with different regions related to employee item,
account payable item, treasury item and more by thoroughly understanding the background of the
situation need to perform booking that need to attached supporting within the journal file before make
any posting.
•
Perform High Level Validation with the GL account has amount more than $10Mil Flux (movement)
monthly and quarterly.
•
Perform cash match & clear process in SAP.
•
Support on month end closing task cash and non-cash item as this need to have team supporting with
each other when they are needed.
•
Perform and analyses treasury item related in the system and need to escalate the item in the reports.
•
Perform any ad-hoc task (Audit task/ Admin) as I prepared the chart shows indicator which region still
pending for the reconciliation need to be done using Power Bi Desktop
•
Support audits pillar every quarter and year-end close; ensuring successful completion of audit and
compliance with regulations.
•
