Hi, I’m Faizan Umar – Data Engineer and Tech-Savvy Professional

I’m an IT graduate with practical experience in data engineering, software development, and customer support. I bring a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset to every role.

From 2023 to 2024, I worked at Systems Limited as a Data Engineer. My responsibilities included managing SQL Server databases, developing SSIS packages, building ETL pipelines, and performing scripting tasks using C#. This role helped me gain hands-on experience in handling large data sets and optimizing workflows for better performance.

From 2024 to 2025, I worked at One Hub Solutions as a Customer Support Representative. There, I handled client communication, resolved customer issues, and ensured a positive user experience. This position strengthened my interpersonal and communication skills, which are essential when working in cross-functional teams.

As part of my academic journey, I developed an Android puzzle game using Java, XML, and Firebase. The game featured image upload functionality and a leaderboard system, showcasing my mobile development and project management skills.
