Project Engineer:
As Project Engineer I take care of Transmission implementation project keeping in view the time schedule agreed with the customer.
Responsibilities:
• Operational Activities I take care of Transmission Network Service Level Agreements keeping in view to avoid the outages
throughout the country.
• To manage Transmission Implementation activities all over Pakistan in accordance to time lines, procedures and quality.

Telenor Swap Project: (March 2010 - March 2011):
In parallel to my major role as Solution Architect, I was assigned to Telenor swap to work in Lahore region as Planning and Optimization
engineer.
Responsibilities:

Maintenance of KPls for the assigned Nokia/Siemens Region and parameter changes audit.
Involved in generation of major area KPI plan as well as carrying out the routine and issue based drive test of major and remote
cities using TEMS Investigation and troubleshooting problems encountered.
Analyzing integration reports of new sites based on Drive Test and neighbor analysis.
City level redesigning (tilts azimuth and parameter changes) in order to improve the KPIs and Traffic sharing between the
neighboring sites without affecting coverage/traffic.
Being a BSC Responsible I am responsible for maintaining and improving DCR, CSSR, HSR, MPD, TCH Blocking. Neighbor

Telenor Flexi Edge BTS Trial Project (October, 2009 - November 2009):
Before the final go ahead from Telenor management for the installation and deployment of NSN new product ‘Flexi Edge BTS’ in their
network, they demanded a trial for this equipment in their highly dense populated area in Lahore city to see the results closely. For this,
without having the experience and knowledge of the hardware as this was the first time introduction in Pakistan, NSN started a trial of
two sites. I was responsible for the acceptance from RF department involving:

Drive Test results Acceptance.
KPIs acceptance by improving DCR, CSSR, HOSR, MPD, TCH Blocking.
The trial was a successful, leading a huge swap project win by NSN.

Right after Siemens/Nokia merger, I was transferred Lahore to work with TP Lahore region.

Antenna Beam Width, Azimuths, Tilts etc to comprehensively increase Capacity and Coverage of new and on air networks using
ASSET 4.x and 5.1.
RF Optimization of Network, through extensive Drive Tests using TEMS Investigation 4.x and 5.1.
Planning of new cell sites keeping in view the Traffic Distribution, Network Health Reports and Signal Strength.
