My name is Muhammad Adeel, and I have more than 9 years of professional experience working with China Gezhouba Group of Corporation (CGGC) across multiple departments. Over the years, I have gained diverse expertise in administration, human resources, quality management, and commercial operations.
Material & Equipment Department (Office Assistant): I started my career managing incoming and outgoing materials at project sites, ensuring accurate physical and computerized records.
Administration Department: Due to my strong performance, I was transferred to administration, where I successfully handled day-to-day operations, process improvements, and organizational management.
Human Resources Department: Later, I was promoted to HR, where I managed employee recruitment, documentation, payroll, and compliance. During the COVID-19 period, I effectively managed HR operations for over 2,500 employees.
Quality Department (Technical Work): With a passion for learning, I requested a transfer to the Quality Department at the dam site. Here, I gained hands-on technical experience in tunneling, grouting, quality inspections, and preparing AutoCAD drawings. I also ensured proper documentation and submission to the head office upon project completion.
Commercial Department (Current Role): Currently, I work in the Commercial Department, where I manage Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), coordinate with Owner Engineers/Consultants, and handle land acquisition data with local stakeholders.
