I have been working on projects for digital applications as a Business Analyst and QA Tester. With a BSc degree in Computer Engineering and an MSc degree in International Business Management(1st Class), I have a full understanding of the full life cycle of projects.

Responsibilities have included:

-Elaborated project requirements and prepare the business and technical analysis

-Defining servicing needs and related operational requirements

-Kept strong and effective customer relationships with business units as well as vendor and managing consumer’s requirements

-Documenting key processes, user stories, and use cases

-Prepare mockups, wireframes, and responsible for UX/UI processes of all digital assets 

-Monitored KPI results to achieve agreed SLA targets 

-Assistant conductor for Scrum daily standup, products backlog, Spring Planning, Review, and Retrospective meeting

-Testing games and applications and working closely with the developing and marketing teams

-Following the documentation and its processes at all stages of the testing 

-Executing test plans, test-cases, and checklists

-Effectively finding and reporting bugs and identify and document bugs in a bug database

-Verify the bugs that reported have been fixed and implemented correctly

-Provide daily status reports about the status of the project testing

I am a capable multitasker, highly detailed-oriented, and highly analytical with great problem solving and interpersonal skills. I have a comprehensive understanding of Project Management methodology (both Waterfall & Agile) and have used different tools for analysis, testing and managing projects. 

I am working in the GMT timezone, but also can be made available in another timezone depends on the projects you have. I have experience working with international teams and projects.
