I recently had the experience of a Customer Support Agent. As from my recent job, I handled email inbound and live chats. Web tools that I've been working with such as Zendesk, Intercom, Helpscout, Shopify and Jira. Clients that I handled such as eCommerce and Saas. Also, I had the passion of being a Customer Support, Front Desk or Sales Representative since I was in college.
Being a Customer Support Agent, we need to maintain a friendly tone and be able to help clients with their customers that may come anytime and whatever condition they need. In the 3 years of experience, handling high inbound emails, high inbound live chats was an everyday work for me. I am a person with a ‘can do’ attitude and with a few training sessions and refreshments regarding the product knowledge, I am sure that I’m capable of handling customers from all around the world.
