I’m an experienced Amazon FBA Account Manager with over 5 years of hands-on expertise managing Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts. I’ve worked with global brands to grow their presence in the US, UK, CA, EU, and UAE marketplaces through optimized listings, logistics, PPC, and catalog management.

At Boxiki Solutions Inc. (Sep 2019 – Dec 2023), I managed full-scale Amazon operations. My core responsibilities included product research, listing creation (manual and flat file), backend SEO, PPC setup and scaling, case log handling, and account health monitoring. I’ve successfully managed and launched 100+ products.

I worked closely with freight forwarders to manage cross-border shipments from China to the USA, UK, CA, and EU. I handled DDP, EXW, and FOB shipments, customs documentation, and coordinated FBA shipment creation, labeling, and delivery scheduling.

Currently working at 2031 Digital (Oct 2023 – Present) as an Amazon Vendor Technical Support Specialist for the City Chic brand. My role includes creating listings, setting up variations, resolving listing suppression issues, and managing complex catalog and compliance problems by coordinating with Amazon support.
