Mubaraq Akanbi

Hi, My name is Mubaraq Akanbi and I am an established full stack engineer with over 7 years of professional experience.

I am someone you would say incline towards backend specialization to solve majorly complex business problems and also mentoring and guiding younger engineers.

Prominently, I tend to work with JavaScript ecosystem like NodeJs and NestJS for my backend framework, For my Database; PostgreSQL for SQL data, MongoDB and Firestore for NoSQL data.

ReactJs or NextJS for my frontend and React Native for my mobile development and GCP for cloud deployment.

Aside from my Primary technologies mentioned earlier, I also have experience working with Python ecosystem like Flask and FastAPI , Golang with gin , Docker for containerization, celery for background running of tasks , Redis and AWS/GCP functions.

Insomuch as experience goes, I have led various teams from small to large in the development of various complex business applications for some high-level clients. I have participated in development of a number of applications ranging from social applications, e-commerce, financial, energy sector and many more.

I put my mind to work in finding solutions to business problems with determination, speed and optimal delivery which was why I chose programming and because I really love to learn new things.

Another thing I love is to leave my client with this elated feeling whenever they see the application, I love to add this extra creativity to the project.

I am also a fun loving person , a sport athlete, a rabbit farmer and always tends to find every reason to smile.
