I’m Mridu Oberoi, an HR and marketing professional who enjoys blending people skills with creativity. Over the last few years, I’ve worked in roles that have taught me how to manage both the human and the branding side of a business.
In my time as an HR Intern at Rentickle, I learned the importance of a good first impression — not just for candidates but for the company too. I managed the recruitment process from posting jobs and screening applications to coordinating interviews and onboarding. I also helped make recruitment more engaging by creating job posts and visuals that reflected the company’s personality.
Running Oberoi’s Kitchen as a co-owner gave me a crash course in operations, customer service, and marketing. I designed promotions in Canva, handled social media pages, coordinated with vendors, and made sure our customers left happy. It was fast-paced, sometimes messy, but incredibly rewarding.
As part of the National Service Scheme, I’ve led community projects focused on environmental awareness. From organising tree plantation drives to creating content for awareness campaigns, I’ve learned how to bring people together for a cause and keep things organised.
My key skills include employer branding, recruitment coordination, Canva design, social media content creation, internal communications, and basic campaign tracking. I’m confident with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and content scheduling platforms. But more than just tools, I bring curiosity, reliability, and the willingness to learn quickly.
Whether I’m helping a brand attract the right talent, creating engaging social content, or planning an event, I focus on making the work meaningful and the process smooth. I work best in collaborative environments where ideas are valued and there’s room to grow — both for the organisation and for me.
