I am an experienced senior leader with a background in driving IT transformations, process automation, and strategic business change. My focus has primarily been in financial services and regulated environments, where I have successfully integrated technical solutions into business operations, with a particular emphasis on security, infrastructure, and system integrations.

In my current role as Vice President / International Finance Change Lead at Wells Fargo, I lead digital transformation projects across EMEA and APAC. I’ve managed initiatives such as automating tax calculations and liquidity reporting using Power BI, Power Apps, and Azure DevOps, resulting in improved reporting accuracy and reduced operational costs. I am skilled in translating business needs into technical roadmaps, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals.

I have significant experience managing stakeholders, both internally and externally, and have successfully worked with third-party vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. I’ve been involved in large-scale IT programmes and have ensured the smooth transition of projects from delivery to business-as-usual operations. Additionally, I’ve worked on optimizing operating models to drive efficiency and improve performance.

Prior to Wells Fargo, I worked at Deloitte and BNP Paribas, where I focused on regulatory and compliance projects, particularly in the financial crime and insurance sectors. My work on KYC transformations and compliance reporting systems has given me a solid understanding of how to navigate regulated environments while delivering secure and scalable solutions.

I have a strong technical background, particularly in Microsoft technologies and cloud environments. I am experienced in DevOps, data analysis, process automation, and business intelligence tools. I am focused on driving collaboration, fostering innovation, and ensuring that teams are aligned and delivering value to the business.
