EXPERIENCE
Community Tutor | Italki
October 2024–Present
I work with a diverse student population and use interactive and multimedia
resources to enhance classroom engagement. Working with different levels,
cultural backgrounds, and ages has helped me foster differentiation in all
classrooms. I have mostly worked with students in 1 on 1 sessions but that is not
the benchmark since I've worked with a larger number of younger students.
English Tutor | Cafetalk
April 2024 – To date
I work as an Online English Tutor on Cafetalk, where I teach both individual and group classes to
students from various Asian nationalities. I support learners at different proficiency levels,
focusing on conversational English, grammar, pronunciation and overall fluency. I plan and
facilitate interactive group lessons that encourage participation and confidence building, while
also providing personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to each student's learning goals.
Through this experience, I developed strong cross-cultural communication skills and effective
online classroom management abilities.

As a teacher I designed and implemented engaging and effective lesson plans which catered for
different learning styles. I maintained a positive and inclusive classroom environment. As an
educator I implement differentiation to meet the diverse needs of my students. I implemented
teaching strategies that resulted in noticeable improvement in students' language proficiency.
