programing language, afterwards I began to work with software development where I
discovered my passion for technology.

production line into a factory, the project name was "System of Quality Control" and the company who requests

At January of 2015 the "Softflex" was attached with "Ligue Site Franchise" because the second one needed
to upgrade all the products but have no suficient resources to do it, so a new partnership born and I was part
of the new developer team, we develop a online tool to franchisees can build "websites, portals and
ecommerces" without any knowledge about software developing. And at end of october of 2015 all the projects
were available for the franchisees. And june of 2015 each member of team worked at different focus and I
worked into Ecommerce project alone and I had to made from the documentation and database to the
frontend, all the projects use PHP, MySQL, PL MySQL, JQuery + UI, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap. I proceeded
working into bug fixes and improvements at end of 2015 when I decided to work into my own project of
company.

I did a test on a book called "Now, Discover Your Strengths" by "Donald O. Clifton" which was based on research by the Gallup Institute, which supports the theory that to
achieve excellence, people should not invest in correcting their weaknesses but strengthen your strengths, the results were below these talents, I modified the explanation to
put myself in context.
Strategic Thought
It is a feature of my search for a simple and functional solution, it is not possible to solve complex with another complexity, try to break down the complexities of simple little
things that I make sure that problem will never come back to haunt me. It is very important and essential that I analize the situation as follows: "And if this or that happens?",
and after can I decide the better way.
Ideational
I am fascinated by ideas. What is an idea? One idea is a concept, the best explanation for most events. I'm happy when I discover under the complex surface an elegantly
simple concept to explain why things are the way they are.
Restoration
I'm happy when I find a solution to a problem and solve. It's bad when everyone sees something that is always making trouble and do nothing, it is important that things are
working or return to work, and it is important to create tools to do a repetitive service once, so I love to create plugins and functions they can be reused, and the more times it
takes more I am satisfied.
Futuristic
I think it's important to think about where you're going and aim high, otherwise it is very likely that I never the first step. When things not happen I get scared because this will
result in nothing or worse.
Individualization
The individualization talent stimulates curiosity about the unique qualities of each person. In my case I always observe the behavior of people it helps me to better understand
the dynamics of a group, I often believe understand why a football team loses and the other wins because I see the behavior of individual players on the field, even if no one
agree with my explanations deep down I know that those factors that I described greatly influenced the result.
