Email:-Translation and interpretation experience: More than ten years of experience working as a freelance translator and interpreter. My clients are companies and individuals from different domains; Healthcare, Government, insurance, financial, utilities, travel & hospitality, general business, law enforcement, and legal. Red Cross, OFPRA, OIM are some of the organizations I worked with in the process of registering immigrants and refugee status applications. Currently, I am working for Lionbridge as a phone interpreter from English to French and Arabic. In addition to that, I translate online through web sites and applications (Stepes, OHT ...etc.). -Part time receptionist: Responsible for the good development of the customer`s stay. Customer’s check in and check out, ID registration, answering the telephone, taking notes of the new reservations, cash handling and billing, refunds, payment of invoices postponed by travel agencies ...etc. Welcoming the customer, making sure that the quality standards of the services offered are respected. Resolution of complaints and incidents. Use of the Amphitrion system for the functioning of the hotel. Adjust rates and availability of online agencies (booking, Hotbeds...) according to the occupation and competition. Maintain chain and legal standards (LOPD, safety, hygiene...).
