With the assistance of my former associate and current partner, I identified a distressed and underutilized
property in Texas’ Rio Grande Valley and assisted with the redevelopment of the project.

Personally, handled the acquisition of three adjacent properties which created room for a new
development.

Marketed the property to assist in finding new tenants and currently have a 100% occupancy in the
building with many national credit tenants.

Discovered an off-market investment opportunity and raised capital from various investors to fund the project,
turning it into a premium retail property.

Personally, formed the corporation and all associated accounts, managed financing, and oversaw the
purchasing of building.

Solely carried out all operations for the building, including leasing and management.
•
Took the building from 30% to 100% occupancy in under a year, increasing the property’s value.
