Currently, I lead forestry and ESG programs at Metalex Commodities Africa Mine, where I spearheaded the Misitu Conservation Project—restoring over 62,000 hectares and projecting 1.3M+ tCO₂e removals in 10 years. Alongside this, I serve as Project Lead Developer for Misitu, integrating sustainable livelihoods such as beekeeping, poultry, bamboo cultivation, and clean energy solutions for rural communities.
I am also the Founder & CEO of Chips Green Innovations, a social enterprise delivering climate-smart solutions, and previously served as Managing Director of Plant A Million Zambia, where I coordinated the planting of over 1.5 million trees in four years. As an independent Forestry Consultant, I have provided advisory services in Zambia and internationally on sustainable forestry, biodiversity conservation, and carbon project development.
With an MSc in Forestry Economics & Management (Beijing Forestry University), BSc in Forestry (Copperbelt University), and a Diploma in Agriculture, I bring strong academic and practical expertise. I am also an active member of IUCN’s WCPA, CEC, and the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI).
