I am looking for a healthy place where I can grow with the people involved and maybe be more hands-on with support while developing a large knowledge of specific pieces of software/product/environment.

I have more than 10 years of experience in the customer service sector in various areas and a wide knowledge of IT, mostly related to the scope of programming where I also hold an IT associate degree in web development.

I offer a variety of services based on work experiences from different fields with a wide work-life knowledge

Web developing/UI/Server setup.

Technical support specialist - Windows 10/Microsoft - O365 - English/Danish.

Translations Danish/English - English/Danish - Brazilian Portuguese/English - English/Brazilian Portuguese.

I am already familiar with a wide range of tools in the support environment (refer to my CV) and would like to continue my journey, supporting Danish/ English customers and find a more permanent and flexible employer for building trusting relations.

I can easily relocate if required, as I equally enjoy the opportunity to explore a different region as being able to support remotely from almost any land while maintaining an income with a more free life.

I supply Danish/English technical support in a wide area of windows 10 - 0365 - Microsoft 365 apps/cloud, among general troubleshooting within the windows environment.

I know about working within Azure AD and 0365 Exchange Admin for applying rights/creating groups/mailboxes while being able to administrate and understand both CMD command interface along with the admin interface. I am no expert, but known how to troubleshoot - collect - investigate if outside my scope.

My focus is to become a guru within the 0365 - Microsoft - Azure AD environment where I have discovered an interest in purely working in the cloud, independently and more secure for the benefits of everyone.

My side projects are creating apps in Django framework and building my knowledge on Python scripting for automating tasks and make small creative ideas become real. (Refer to my CV for my Portfolio)

My location preferences, at the moment, are Tallinn, Estonia - Copenhagen, Denmark - Sao Paulo, Brazil in which I already have the legal right to work. However, I remain quite flexible towards other offers should the right package arrive.
