From 2012 to 2016, I worked as a Tech Support via chat, email, and phone for Comcast USA. In this position, I helped customers fix their cable and internet problems. In addition, I also handled billing concerns and upsold Comcast products.
From 2016 to 2018, I was an Office Administrator for a local sales company. I performed various tasks that include data entry, report generation, travel coordination, and software and hardware setup and troubleshooting.
Since 2018, I've been working as a freelancer. I've done roles that include content writing, virtual assistance, and customer service.
