I really love helping others. I have experience as customer service agent in English and Spanish. I enjoy writing and translation. I studied Modern Languages in order to teach, was an English teacher for more than 5 years, at the same time used to assisted othesr as a translator and have worked as a writer in both languages. Receantly I worked in the customer service area for an important technological company, that increased my services skills and provided me an excellent experience using all the programs that a good assistant needs to know.
