I can manage/direct and provide hands-on support for UX/UI design. My development background allows me to craft designs that can avoid risks but I can also inform development with annotations and research to expedite execution. Based on my experience, I'm no stranger to thought leadership/mentorship/training to help elevate the teams I work with. I'm familiar with user testing, research, and metrics analysis to provide insights and drive data-based decisions. With my agency background, I'm used to working on multiple projects at a time with direct client engagement. I'm experienced with business analysis, obtaining requirements, outlining project scopes, creating plans and road maps, managing expectations, directing cross-functional teams, and UX work (including research, design/prototyping, testing), UI design, development and quality assurance.
