My name's Monique and I'm a Radio Personality, not a record-playing zombie. As someone in charge of the sound of the radio station, I can say I am a versatile worker, combining managerial skills with creative vision and practical business sense. I have been in the radio industry for quite some time and used everything that I have learned, both on air and off air, to become better in what I do. I conceptualize show contents for our FM station, create radio commercials/advertisements for our clients and their respective brands, have done numerous voice-overs for documentaries, and hosted TV shows for our broadcast network.

I've had work experiences in BPO as a Customer Service Specialist- Voice Agent and later promoted as Quality Assurance Specialist in 2012, while Radio DJ-ing and event hosting on the side.

Learning for me is everyday, and I like to try things out of my comfort zone. I can work well with employers and clients and always open to undergo trainings, if need be, in order to become a valuable asset in your company.
