Moninder is the CEO/President of Birdi & Associates Inc. Moninder Birdi is a results-driven senior consultant with a proven track record of 15+ years in technology related project/program management. Intimately familiar with airport policies, procedures and standards related to Information Technology, Airport Security, Public Safety, and Airport Operations. Has a strong experience base in developing systems and infrastructure which is well complemented with a multi-disciplinary background including systems engineering, design management, construction management and project controls. Experienced and highly successful in developing project delivery methods and providing strategic direction to large programs including project packaging and phasing.
