Hi! I’m Monica Basco, a graduate of Secondary Education major in English, and I proudly finished Cum Laude.

I’ve worked from home as a Call Center Representative for the UPS account, handling high-volume inquiries using CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools. I’ve also taught English online to Chinese, Japanese, and Korean students, which helped me become highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident using platforms like Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
