About

The author is Bangladeshi by blood. He has been to South Korea, Thailand, and the USA. He did go to college in the USA but did not get to finish his AA due to personal reasons. He currently resides in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

While in the USA, I mastered the English literature and authored

a book called Angecorex Points (Part One). It sells worldwide via Amazon and

Barnes & Noble.

I also had a chance to work there. My first job was with a gift shop named Sports City USA. We sold Nike and Reebok merchandise. It was nice working with Nike and Reebok. It was mandatory for us to attend Nike and Reebok clinics once a month. They taught us so many different things about the customer, mostly customer support and merchandise knowledge. I learned about customer relationship management.

My second job was with an embroidery factory. I started out as a simple factory floor worker and worked my way up to a management position. I ended up managing a 15-kilogram embroidery factory. I had to learn about stitches, shipping, and how to handle our customers. Here, our customers were the nearby gift shops. We did our own shipping. It was really a hard job. I managed a 15-employee payroll roll, and I found out it was very hard to find the right employee to work at the factory. My knowledge of customer relationship management helped there.

My third job was with 7-Eleven. I started out as a simple customer support associate, then worked my way up to a management position. I ended up managing a 10K sq. ft. 7-Eleven store and 15 employees on the payroll. You get attached to your customer very easily at 7-Eleven. You always have to be on top of your customer support level. It's a convenient store; you can find any kind of grocery item on 7-Eleven: candy, all kinds of soda, sandwiches, you name it. Products are all fresh and up-scale. Then there is donuts and coffee; fifteen different kinds of coffee and donuts shine in the 7-Eleven. I worked there for 10 long years. In 2017, I had to move back to Bangladesh due to personal reasons, so I had to give up that nice job with 7-Eleven. Now I know that I learned about customer support in 7-Eleven very well.

My fourth job is with a grocery distribution company called: Aziz Packaging Ltd. I started out as a simple customer service associate, and now I am promoted to a supervisory position. I supervise all areas of customer support and distribution. All the knowledge that I have gathered in the past about customer support roles has helped me very much with this job.

Now I am available for a remote customer support role. Thanks.
