I am a seasoned Virtual Assistant Manager with extensive experience in video production and content creation for digital media platforms. My journey began in 2009 as an amateur photographer, which eventually turned into a professional career. Over the years, I've acquired over 100 certifications from Lynda.com, specializing in video production, scripting, shooting, lighting, audio production, and post-production processes such as video and audio editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.

I've worked with notable organizations like the UNODC, where my documentaries have been featured internationally. Additionally, I have been involved in producing English videos from Japanese mangas with Lab316, managing a team of voice-over artists, video editors, and translators. My role includes overseeing translation, voice recording, Photoshop editing, video editing, and finally scheduling the videos for publication on YouTube.

My expertise extends to YouTube analytics, which I gained through creating scripts for my channel and starting and monetizing successful channels. This hands-on experience has equipped me to deeply understand target audience demographics, CTR optimization, audience retention strategies, and engagement metrics.
