I’m Mohish Maheshwari, a product manager with over four years of experience in building and scaling impactful products across fintech and healthtech domains. Currently, I’m working as a Product Manager at mPokket, where I drive key initiatives in the lending space—from disbursal UX revamps to deep integrations with GenAI and real-time analytics. Notably, I led the integration of a Verloop-based voicebot, boosting disbursal conversions by 13%, and transitioned our account verification to a Reverse Penny Drop flow, improving success rates by 12%. I also architected Clevertap dashboards and anomaly-detection systems using Datadog to empower real-time decisions, directly contributing to revenue growth.

Prior to mPokket, I played a pivotal product role at Aayu, a healthtech platform. There, I revamped the Sehat Sathi app experience, leading to a 4x increase in MAUs. I also developed scalable systems in order and inventory management, which boosted pharmacy order volumes significantly. My gamification experiments helped increase user retention by 35%, validating my strong bias for measurable outcomes and customer-centric design.

My early career at InfiHire taught me the importance of process excellence. I built vendor tracking systems, led cross-functional teams, and standardized SLAs—laying a solid foundation for team alignment and delivery ownership. As a co-founder of Hostelers.in, I’ve also experienced the zero-to-one journey, having scaled a student housing marketplace from scratch to 10,000+ users with a ₹10L MRR, reinforcing my entrepreneurial mindset.

Outside of work, I stay hands-on with tech and experimentation. My latest project, https://mediscan-ai.lovable.app, is a no-code AI tool that helps users analyze medicine compositions using image OCR and LLMs. It reflects my passion for merging AI with healthcare to simplify access to vital information.
