My career has been quite a dynamic one. At Saudi Telecom Company (stc), I've been involved in strategic planning and governance for local content, which means I'm adept at developing policies and ensuring their effective operation. Before that, as a Claims Executive at Tawuniya Insurance, I became incredibly efficient at resolving client claims accurately and fairly, even breaking a record by settling over 60 claims a day. These experiences really honed my ability to handle complex situations and deliver results under pressure.

I also have a strong foundation in customer interaction and logistics from my time as a Courier at DHL, where I actually exceeded parcel delivery limits by 120%. And stepping into the Marketing & PR Specialist role at Healthy Foods Ltd. Co. allowed me to directly contribute to a significant increase in sales and customer satisfaction. Even earlier, as a Receptionist, I managed calendars, organized mail, and handled travel arrangements, giving me solid administrative bedrock.

What truly motivates me is the challenge of finding new opportunities and improving processes. I'm an independent thinker with advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and I'm always open to new ideas.
