I am a Computer Science graduate from Louisiana State University with a minor in Mathematics.
Currently, I work as an Application Engineer at Shell, where I focus on system monitoring, observability, and performance optimization. I manage and deploy monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and ThousandEyes, ensuring full-stack visibility across multiple environments. I also work on integrating API updates and optimizing GitHub repositories to improve maintainability and efficiency. Additionally, I create dashboards that help track system performance and identify long-running anomalies, reducing downtime and improving response times.
Before Shell, I was a Cloud Infrastructure Intern at DXC Technology, where I worked on a project aimed at accelerating software prototyping with AI. Using Microsoft Azure and OpenAI’s API, our team streamlined the process, cutting development time from weeks to days. I also contributed to cloud infrastructure projects by integrating storage solutions and automating deployments with AWS CloudFormation.
Beyond technical work, I have experience leading Agile teams as a Team Lead and Scrum Master. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments, coordinating tasks, managing sprints, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. My background in cloud computing, DevOps, and system monitoring has helped me build scalable, efficient solutions that drive operational improvements.
