Role and Responsibility Supporting the Facility Manager - Facilities Management (FM) & Administration in the Facilities Management activities with direct involvement with the FM Vendor and other vendors associated with the management of the site, customers Support the Senior Manager - Facilities Management and Administration in the following tasks: Coordinate the site activities of the FM Vendor and other suppliers and contractors Monitor the preventive maintenance activities carried out by the FM vendor Supervising of installation and commissioning of new/replaced assets Sign off work completion reports after being checked and confirmed Liaise with security supervisors for site logistics Prepare daily work report Submitted to office and weekly work report and PPM completion report submitted to client. Supporting manager in monitoring soft FM activities as housekeeping routine activities Carry out regular inspection to buildings/infrastructure and submit regular reports. Inspect stores and maintain asset register Schedule and updating the PPM of assets (A/c, Electrical and mechanical) and maintain the documents Managing the Reactive maintenance through job requests and updating the report in CAFM & Client EAM system. Protect asset life through maintenance of buildings and equipment: - Follow up with specialized systems contractors such as elevators, fire alarm, firefighting (life risk assets), BMS, LPG, HVAC systems. Review equipment, performance and the condition of critical assets such as LV panels, capacitor banks, AHU units. Record information such as equipment performance deviation, problems that occurred and recommend follow up on actions. Operation & Maintenance of all electrical panels such as MV panel, LV panel, and Sub pump panels Operation & Maintenance of HVAC system such as Chillers, , AHU's, FCU, Operation & Maintenance of HSE equipment such as Elevators, Firefighting system, BMS, Jet fans Check technical details for procured items to confirm specifications to procurement team FM document control (contracts, work completion reports, service reports drawings, asset registers, correspondence, etc.) Preparation of asset registers with tagging to comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures. Preparation of daily reports, Weekly reports, Monthly reports & Incident Reports etc Customer and staff relations: - Front contact for escalated customer complaints and emergency response. Available on a 24/7- on-call basis as principal respondent to physical plant emergencies and off-standard situations. Reviewing the O&M manual and supporting documents and escalated to the main contractor Carrying out the Documentation program and providing the same to the facility management team for smooth services. Preparation of PPM findings and providing technical reports and rectification work quotes to client.
