I have more than 13 years of experience working as a system administrator responsible for configuring and managing different infrastructures, Active Directories, and advanced Windows services (load balancing and infrastructures), and also supporting desktop clients and managed cloud services related to 0365 apps (SharePoint & Ms Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive) and also Azure services.
In addition to my experience as a system administrator, I have experience as a network administrator in configuring and managing networking devices (Switches, routers, firewalls, APs).
Finally, I have implemented several teams' direct routing solutions, configured cloud contact centers, monitored O365 workloads by using advanced monitoring tools (Martello), and can provide great assistance in designing, modifying, implementing, and integrating various telecommunication hardware as a VOIP expert engineer.
Also, I have hands-on experience in managing LAMP environments (Linux, Apache, Mysql and PHP) and automatic, upskilling implementations by using DevOps tools (Gitlab runner (CD/CI), Ansible, Docker and Terraform).
