o Analysis of different drugs (Tacrolimus – Honokiol - Pregabalin - Green Tea total
extract – Caffeine - Elagic acid – Chlorogenic acid ) in novel formulae (Polymeric
Nanoparticles of Chitosan – Coated Niosomal Nanovesicles – Transfersomes).
o Developing novel analytical methods and utilizing design of experiment
techniques.
o Pharmaceutical formulation methods.

Reactions are followed using various reaction monitoring techniques (TLC- bench
NMR).
o Applying Liquid-liquid extraction procedures using different solvent (Petroleum
ether -Tertiary butyl Ethyl Ether – Ethyl acetate – Acetonitrile – DCM) and then
solvent evaporation using Rotatory Vacuum
o Solid phase extraction using Oasis HLB and also cartridges loaded with
Molecularly Imprinted Polymers

o Virtual screening flexible and semi flexible docking using Omega and FRED as
well as other components of Openeye package.
