• Sheet metal design (flat-pattern-ready, bend-aware, fastener-correct)
• Welded steel structures & weldments (proper joint design, weld callouts, assembly weights)
• Production-ready SolidWorks models for industrial, automotive, and off-road equipment
• DFM-driven design that reduces rework, cost, and shop-floor confusion

I’ve worked on everything from structural frames and enclosures to equipment covers, brackets, and multi-part assemblies — often using incomplete inputs such as scans, legacy files, or high-level goals. A large part of my value is translating “what the client wants” into clear design requirements that manufacturing teams can execute without back-and-forth.

2. Design with real fabrication methods in mind (cutting, bending, welding, fastening)
3. Deliver clean SolidWorks files with clear structure and manufacturing intent
