I am a licensed teacher by profession.

I worked in a BPO offshore outsourcing company as a Quality Control Agent (Voice to Text transcription) without experience and through the course of my employment, I was awarded as Best Quality Control Agent surpassing the key performance indicator set by the client based on Quality, Turn Around Time and Attendance then eventually promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
