degree of satisfaction expected. As the medical executive at Lanka hospitals PLC my job description
is entirely on maintaining Joint Commission International (JCI) standards, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO
22000:2005. My prior work experiences include being a Project Associate at the Institute for Health
Policy, where I provided support to the Research Fellow in charge of the project I also did Clinical data
analytical work with patient records and created statistical data and reports in various projects. In my
position as the Knowledge Officer at Prostate Cancer UK, I conducted and managed comprehensive
literature reviews on key prostate cancer issues, including critical appraisals of research publications to
produce analyses reports based on current research. Traits that distinguish me would be my cultural
fluency, having studied medicine in China, and having taught and worked in Sri Lanka, and the UK. I
have a real commitment to maintaining professional integrity. Throughout my career, I have been known
as a quick learner, motivator and an individual who can adapt to various situations and circumstances
