I graduated Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management at De La Salle University - DasmariƱas, I was also a Dean's Lister back then. My first job was a Motel Receptionist/Cashier for 11 months. I was also a Customer Service Agent at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila for 44 months. I gained a lot of experiences and learnings in Customer Service and with our system which is Sabre, and before I left, I had basic training about the Amadeus System. I am flexible, hardworking, easy to train, and I know how to operate Microsoft Office Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Excel, and how to make a PDF file.
