Mishael Alelume

I am a detail-oriented and results-driven data analyst with a background in Mechanical Engineering and a strong passion for solving business problems using data. Over time, I’ve developed expertise in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

My analytics journey has been shaped by hands-on experience with tools such as Excel (Power Query, PivotTables), SQL, Python (Pandas, Matplotlib), and Power BI. I’ve applied these skills in various self-led and collaborative projects including route optimization for food delivery and unicorn investment analysis. These projects have helped me sharpen my ability to clean, visualize, and interpret large datasets to drive recommendations.

One of my core strengths is the ability to simplify data for non-technical stakeholders, using clear storytelling and visual dashboards. I enjoy identifying patterns, monitoring KPIs, and building data solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance customer experience.

In addition to my technical skills, I bring a strong work ethic, continuous learning mindset, and adaptability — qualities I’ve cultivated through academic, internship, and service experiences. During my NYSC service at PALFE Associate, I supported engineering design and project planning, while also building my analytics skills through real-world data challenges.

I am eager to contribute to a forward-thinking organization where data is valued as a strategic asset. My goal is to continue growing as a data professional while driving impact through evidence-based decision-making.
