HI! I AM MIRLA
Virtual Assistant
I worked as a billing specialist for Sprint. I mainly handled
billing calls like issues or disputes, but I would also do the
occasional simple tech support calls. I became an ESL teacher
right after graduating college, I have background experience
in market research where I gather data information on
politically related issues. I have attended real estate intensive
training as well. I am currently working as an Operations VA
with MFS where I help my clients track their freight.

Utilized tracking tools such as MacroPoint, google maps, etc.
Communicate with the carrier about the status of a shipment,
and hours of service availability of the driver running the load
Organize emails and prioritize tasks that are urgent. Send
and respond through emails for updates. Make sure
everything is in place and good to go.
Booking
Attention to Detail
Booking loads with carriers who will agree to run the freight
with a reasonable amount that the customer is willing to pay.
Qualifying carriers and the equipment that are available are
what the customer has requested. Checking and validating
BOLs/PODs to process invoices.
