While i haven't held the title of a Virtual Assistant specifically, I do have solid experience working remotely as Costumer Service Representative for a Healthcare accoujt. In that role, I developed many of my core skills that directly translates to VA work. I am managing communications professionally, handling sensitive information with confidentiality, staying organized and self-motivated without direct supervision, and delivering results in a fully remote set up.
Working on a healthcare account also sharpened my attention to detail, my ability to follow strict process and my communication skills which are also essential in a Virtual Assistant role. I'm confident that my remote work experience has prepared me well to take on VA responsibilities and I am eager to expand those skills and highly teachable.
