Briefly, About Me
I have a Bachelor degree of Computer Information System with World College in the Virginia Beach, United States. These following roles provided me international experience : Business Analyst, Technical Support Team Lead, IT Trainer, Technical Writer, Customer Support Lead, Software Test Manager and application support.
As a tech person, I am self-motivated and like to contribute to various levels of the technical journey of a company or of a product.
