An architect by profession, I started to embark on this online journey to test my limits as a design professional and to help clients deliver their messages online through precise and engaging posts. I have completed my Social Media Marketing and Advertising course in the Department of Information and Communications Technology under Arquelle Asa. The training was geared towards developing our understanding on how to use any social media platform as a marketing tool and teach us on how to develop our branding. The training taught us on how to create freelancer profile, branding for freelancer, social media tools and presence creation, buyer’s persona, social media content creation, freelancer interview guide, customer relationship management and live chat, community management, scheduling and digital marketing campaign, freelancer service proposal and pricing and work ethics and client management.
