The overall responsibility is to contribute to explore new funding resources, handle statutory reporting requirements of
institutional development partners and other donors and support in finding appropriate projects within or outside the

I was mainly responsible to monitor and evaluate SAAF project activities that was carried out in five districts of Nepal,
closely monitor partner organizations and provide technical assistance to them and prepare performance reports to be
submitted to donors. I was also assigned responsibility to network and communicate with national/international,
district/local level stakeholders and consortium members. Besides SAAF project, there were numerous research projects I
was involved in where my responsibilities included recruiting supervisors and enumerators for field work, prepare training
materials and organize capacity building training for research works and partner NGOs.
