I'm Miloš Milašinović, based in Novi Sad, Serbia.

In the world of Information Technology, I've amassed five years of experience, wearing various hats and evolving into the role I hold today as a software engineer and CEO of a small startup with a team of five since 2021. A major chunk of my expertise revolves around frontend development, with almost three years dedicated to Angular. During this time, I've successfully designed and delivered over 10 projects. Furthermore, in the past two years, I've had the privilege to impart my knowledge to more than 50 students in the web development field. Now, I'm eager to embark on a new career path, one that involves fully remote opportunities. I'm excited to continue honing my skills and expanding my network.

My skills span both the professional and technical realms. Professionally, I excel in software development, project management, strategic planning, and public speaking. I'm known for my excellent communication skills, process improvement abilities, and team leadership. On the technical side, I'm well-versed in Angular, .NET Core, C#, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, HTML & CSS, Tailwind CSS, SQL, and Git. Beyond the digital landscape, I'm a certified golf player, a padel and tennis enthusiast, and an avid Crossfit practitioner. I hold an elementary music degree, and my extroverted nature and positive thinking make me an approachable and engaging individual.

My professional journey has seen diverse experiences. I currently serve as an Assistant Professor at Metropolitan University Belgrade, where I've taken on the responsibility of developing and implementing curricula for subjects like Java, Angular, Computer Architecture, Web Security, Kotlin, and Python Scripting. I employ innovative teaching methods to effectively engage with students, resulting in their successful learning outcomes.

As the Software Engineer and CEO of Nortz LLC, I've overseen a team of four developers, ensuring that we not only complete projects within budget but also ahead of schedule. Our work primarily revolves around the .NET and Angular tech-stack. I take immense pride in our track record, boasting a client satisfaction rating of more than 90%. My design and development contributions have significantly increased automation rates for e-commerce companies, real estate businesses, and production companies.

Throughout my journey, I've always been passionate about enhancing processes and improving outcomes. My dedication to the field, combined with my diverse skill set and commitment to growth, drives me to seek new challenges and fully remote roles.
