*I participated in various workshops,student exchanges seminars where the main topic were human

rights and better understanding of diversity, as a member of Society for Children and Youth "Open Club" from Serbia

*Volunteered to Belgrade Desing Week 2011 as hostof Austrian designer Dejana Kabiljo *Volunteered to Belgrade Desing Week 2012 as an assistant in the organization.

*Volunteer for the Belgrade Design Week 2013 as PR assistant where the main activities was comunication with diferent (tv\social) medias, assistence during meetings where i improve my comunication and organisation skills, and also showing my initiative and ability to work under

pressure.

*Volunteer for GDA (Global Project Agency) on the Youth project called Fun Pit

*From 27. May 2014- i start working for MSC cruises ship in Photo Shop Service department. My job

is based with constant communication with guests from different nationality, so in according to that excellentcustomer service,a welcoming, friendly, helpful, positive attitude, language skills are

required. Iwas part of a big team where is very important ability for team work, tolerance, fast adapting in different work situations. As assistant mngr and after in traning for manager position, i was responsiblble for organization of team and job,direct comunication with partners and clients as well as

all paper work,reports and strategy of job. Inventory control, sales promotions, team building, organize,plan and follow events are some of activitis that are important part of my job.
