Who I am
I’m a writer. It's that simple. If I’m writing poetry, I’ll squeeze my
heart in between the lines. If I’m writing a technical article, I’ll do
the research it takes to make it factual.
Work experience
I work as a gaming blog ghostwriter for The Global Gaming,
writing about World of Tanks, a massively multiplayer online
game. I have also recently written a novel in Serbian called Eight
studies of light, dealing with subjects such as mental illness and
xenophobia.
On the other hand, I also have four years of experience working as
a car electronics engineer. My father started this business, and I
joined him when I was 15. I can diagnose and troubleshoot cars of
any brand and am familiar with how cars and motherboards work,
which gives me an advantage in writing about technical subjects.
Education
Third Belgrade Grammar School -)- high school diploma
Skills and qualities
I speak English and Serbian fluently and have a conversational
level in Russian and German (diagnostic software for German cars
is often not translated into English, so I’m familiar with technical
terms). I can use SurferSEO, text formatting tools (like Craft), and
writing software (Grammarly). I’m also skilled in doing my
research using multiple types of sources.
Writers aren’t always such delicate and sensitive people, incapable
of more practical and technical aspects of life. I’d say that that
stereotype doesn’t apply to me: I’m a practical and honest
individual. I tell everything straight up, albeit in a very detailed
and nuanced way.
I’m also a cat person, owning (or being owned by) a black Persian
and a Siamese tabby.
