It is this constructive desire to break the paradigm that attracted me to Cloud Solutions as my technology of choice. Since 2006 I have been privileged with several positions to have been at the fore front of what some technologists call “The Third & Fourth Industrial Revolution”. Many roles I have held would be classed as hybrid roles often referred to as “Subject Matter Expert”; it is in these roles I got exposed to several key operation areas from Lead to Cash, Net Profit Margins, Lifetime Values and Project Budgeting. I really enjoy drilling down into the “Know Your Client” model and using that knowledge to help drive change to both application and infrastructure. A high-level approximation of where my skillset has me 60% Solution and 40% technical. This is a result of many years of consulting in end clients that often had very limited budget and were unable to acquire development resource. I have never been averse to rolling my sleeves up. I really enjoy team coaching seeing member of my team grow and put their skills into practise. I have significant experience leading both near and offshore development teams, across parallel development streams. I prefer a more collaborative approach to successful transformation, engaging third parties and senior stakeholders to deliver digital transformation and mobilisation I like roles that will help me further my team coaching skills and allow me to deliver tangible change to a company. I am interested in a broad subject matter role and focus more on dedicated program management roles. I enjoy going down routes that helps me broaden my understand of the fast-evolving world of technology.
