As an experienced Human resources officer and recruiter with a practical understanding of business needs, I am highly effective at incorporating creative leadership skills to achieve business objectives, as well as efficient and well established in administrative environments that are fast-paced and challenging. I had an opportunity to establish and recruit the first line of management in the greenfield plant section, while at the same time I was a part of establishing and introducing the procedures inside the HR department. As a person I am very proactive, achievement, and goal-oriented, with profound communicative and interpersonal skills, persuasive and influential. Always open to innovations and getting to the problem solving with the mindset oriented towards thinking out of the box.
