My Name is Mildred Austria from Las Pinas, Manila Philippines. 30 years of age with 5 kids. I don't have any experience working in BPO, I just tried applying for an online jobs in the internet and luckily got hired. I have been working at home for almost 2 years now as an Appointment setter in 3 companies. The first one is Restaurant equipment, the second is ISO certifications and the last one is a Card Payment Solutions. The last company I've been working as an Appointment Setter for 10 months and in as early as 2 months has promoted me as a Manager to train the incoming Newbies and handled the Team to motivate and raise their morale towards working with difficult customers and feel their work the best one to provide better for our Families. Unfortunately, our company needed to lay off the whole team due to financial issues.. With the Skill and the Experience that I have I believe that I will be great asset to your company.
